The Ambr Group was founded in 2020 as Suma Brands, Inc. and was renamed Ambr Group upon its acquisition of D1 Brands in 2023.  Ambr later went on to acquire Profound Commerce in 2024.  The combined company now represents 40+ different brands across Amazon, DTC, Retail, and more.
